Pre Season Update no 3
Staines played their second warm up game on Saturday 18th August home to Redingensians RFC.
John Kinnell, on the charge against a very well organised National 3 South West outfit Redingensians.
A challenging game at home to Redingensians who are a very well organised team with plenty of "oomph" up front, especially with so many new players coming into the Staines squad.
The Swans try to get things moving.
There were some real astounding passages of play with John Kinnell leading the charge from the Back row. Kerry Boyd playing at 8 had a good game and we certainly missed him when he had to leave at half time.
Lewis Pruce playing at 13 was our astounding back, always asking questions with the ball in hand and solid in defence.
John Webber on the wing almost scored only held up on the line.
Jamie Williams making his debut at 10 had a good game considering the pressure he was under..
