Staines RFC, Club Dinner & Awards Evening, Friday 25 May 2012.
To All club members both full & social, Seniors, Minis & Youth, Past Presidents, Vice Presidents, Players and Former Players.
You are all invited to this Staines RFC, Club Award Evening where we pay respect to all those who have deservedly been presented with a Club award.

In these Austere times we are looking to run this evening on a break evening budget and the success of the evening is very much reliant on your participation.
The cost of the Evening is £20.00, Which includes a 3 course dinner, members photograph sent via e-mail, contribution to the club awards and club subsidised drinks, of bitter or larger at £10.00 per 4 pint jug.
We are looking to award, 6 Senior Playing awards, 2 M/Y awards, Club man of the year award, and 3 Volunteer awards.
It is expected that all those who are being issued with an award, is that they attend the evening.
Naturally some members will be unavailable to attend due to other commitments a contribution towards the awards would be greatly appreciated.
To keep a record of those who are attending please confirm via email to Bret Schofield, Hugh Pallot and myself (CC in to this e-mail) and follow this up with a cheque made out to Staines RFC for £20.00 and either hand over to Bret at the Club or post to my home address, which is included below.
As this event may well be over represented and in terms of comfort, only the first 80 people confirming can be guaranteed a place, so please confirm ASAP.
The Itinerary of the Evening will be:
18.45 hrs Meet in Bar Area.
19.15 hrs Members Photograph
19.30 hrs seated
19.35 hrs Grace
19.40 hrs Serving of the start of a 3 course meal.
21.20 hrs Member guest speaker.
21.40 hrs Presenting of the Awards
22.00 hrs End of Awards, socialising drink.
